$20 non refundable & non transferable deposit will be required upon booking . Deposits will go towards total cost of service & cannot be transferred. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel/want to reschedule within the 24 hours , you will be charged a non-refundable/nontransferable last minute cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be 100% of the service booked & charged to the card on file, no refunds. There is a 10 minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. If you do not arrive to your appointment within the grace period, you’re appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged 100% of the service booked to the card on file (non-refundable/nontransferable). All no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked & will be banned from booking No extra guests allowed (kids,family,friends,etc)
